Admission Procedure
Admissions to various UG and PG courses are conducted accordingly as per the University notification dates for the admission procedures. The admission is completely based on the centralized admission process. The University of Calicut introduced Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for admission to undergraduate programmes in its affiliated colleges from the academic year 2013-2014 onwards. CAP offers the facility for online submission of a single application for admission to various UG and PG programmes in the colleges affiliated to the University. CAP helps students to submit applications to the affiliated colleges of their choice through simple online steps.
Management seat is provided for each UG and PG courses. Link for the management quota form is provided online and the same can be collected from the reception. Those applying for management quota online should pay the cost of the application form in the reception. Applications for Sports Quota can be collected from the reception. Applications along with the CAP registration forms should be directly submitted to the college office for admission to seats under Management Quota and Sports Quota. However, the final decision for the admission to both will be taken solely by the college authorities.
Students belonging to Roman Catholic community should select Sacred Heart, College as Community College (through online) to be considered under community quota.
