The NSS Units, in association with the IQAC and Nerkootam Club, observed Anti-Drug Day with the active participation of 140 students 🚫💊. The programme commenced with an anti-drug rally from the college to Chalakudy Railway Station, followed by an energetic flash mob that effectively engaged the public 🧑🤝🧑🎶.
An awareness class was delivered by Mr. M. L. Raphel (Retd. Assistant Excise Inspector), reinforcing the theme “Break the Cycle, Stop Organised Crime” 🚫⚖️. Students also took part in an anti-drug pledge, signature campaign, and the World No Tobacco Day Awareness Quiz 2025 🚭📝.
Creative and cultural activities such as an anti-drug dance, Instagram reels, collage making, and drawing competitions were conducted under the theme “Say No to Drugs” 🎨🚫💊. Sports activities were also organized to promote healthy and positive alternatives 🏃♂️✨.
