As part of the Chiraku Project envisioned under the leadership of Shri. Sanishkumar Joseph MLA, the Oommen Chandy Memorial Educational Scholarship Award Ceremony was held at Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Chalakudy 🎓✨. The initiative aims to support and empower economically backward students through educational assistance 🤝📚.
During the ceremony, scholarships worth ₹25 lakhs were distributed to 500 deserving students, marking a significant step toward nurturing the academic aspirations of underprivileged youth 🌟👏. The function was inaugurated by Shri. K. C. Venugopal, Chairman, Parliament Public Accounts Committee and Former Union Minister 🏛️✨, and was presided over by Shri. Sanishkumar Joseph MLA.
The programme was graced by distinguished guests including Shri. Benny Behanan MP, Shri. Chandy Oommen MLA, Dr. Sr. Irene, Principal, Sacred Heart College, and Shri. Venu Kandaramadathil, Block Panchayat President 🤝🌟. The event also received blessings from esteemed spiritual and community leaders Mar Pauly Kannukadan, Swami Udit Chaithanya, and Chief Imam K. S. Hussain Haji 🙏✨.
