The Department of Psychology at Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Chalakudy successfully conducted the Association Inauguration along with a special talk on “Introduction to Psychotherapy.” 🎓✨
The programme was inaugurated by Mr. Bright P. Jacob, Clinical Psychologist and Director of The Genesis Clinic for Counseling and Psychotherapy. Following the inauguration, he delivered an insightful and engaging session introducing students to the principles and clinical relevance of psychotherapy. 🗣️📘
The interactive session also included demonstration segments on case history taking and conducting a basic Mental Status Examination (MSE), providing students with practical exposure to essential components of psychological assessment and intervention planning. 🌟
