The SAMANVAYA 2K24, organized by the Department of English at Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Chalakudy, was held to honor and celebrate the contributions of elderly people from the local community. Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. Sr. Irene, Principal of SH College Chalakudy, who spoke passionately about the invaluable role the elderly play in society. The event was officially inaugurated with an inspiring Inaugural Address by Prof. Sheela Mathews, the former Head of the Department of English at SH College. Felicitation was given by Mrs. Bindu Sasikumar, the Ward Councillor, Chalakudy Municipality.
