Dr. Elizabeth delivered a comprehensive presentation, highlighting the significance of menstruation and emphasizing the importance of proper menstrual hygiene practices. She also introduced the audience to the benefits and usage of menstrual cups, promoting a more sustainable and healthy approach to menstrual management.
