The Department of Psychology in Association with Jeevani Cell and Mental Health Club arranged Care Corners on World Mental Health Day. Care Corners were set up for students, Faculty members and Non-Teaching Staff of College near College Portico and Library premises at 10.30 AM. The objective of Care Corners was to inspire participants to write gratitude messages, fostering a positive mindset. Creative stations with art supplies encouraged participants to express their emotions through drawing and painting, allowing for a therapeutic outlet. Cards with motivational messages were made available to participants. A session on Mind Matters was organized for students of Department of Psychology at 2nd MSc Integrated Psychology Classroom at 11.30 AM. Resource person for the session was Ms. Murshida, Jeevani Counsellor. The primary objective of the "Mind Matters" session was to equip participants with effective stress-relief techniques and promote mental well-being. A Poster Making Contest was also organized for students of Department of Psychology at Ist Year Integrated MSc Psychology Classroom to foster creativity, and highlight the importance of Mental Health.
