In observance of ‘National Voluntary Blood Donation Day,’ the NSS Units 76 and 84 organized an orientation session for first- and second-year NSS volunteers. The event was presided over by Dr. Sr. Irene, the Principal. The session featured Mr. Krishnaprasad K.P. and Ms. Noor Fathima V.K., Regional Coordinators of Rudhirasena (KTU NSS Blood Cell) for the Thrissur-Palakkad region, from Royal College of Engineering & Technology, Akkikavu. The resource persons inspired the students to embrace regular blood donation and provided a comprehensive overview of the steps involved in organizing a successful blood donation camp.
