World AIDS Day was observed by NSS Units in association with the Red Ribbon Club to create awareness about HIV/AIDS and promote compassion and solidarity towards people living with HIV. ❤️🤝
As part of the programme, red ribbons were distributed among students and staff, symbolizing awareness, support, and commitment to the fight against HIV/AIDS. 🎗️✨ A pledge-taking ceremony was also conducted, where participants reaffirmed the message: “Fight AIDS, not people with AIDS.” 📜✋
The observance highlighted the theme “Overcoming Disruption: Transforming the AIDS Response”, encouraging responsible behavior, active awareness campaigns, and community outreach. 🌟📢 The event successfully sensitized students and reinforced the values of care, respect, and social responsibility. 💖
