As part of International Day Against Drug Abuse, NSS Units 76 & 84 in association with Anti Narcotics cell of Sacred Heart College Chalakudy conducted various events in the College Auditorium. The session began at 2pm. Dr. Sr. Princy Anto, Vice Principal of the college presided over the function. The key note speaker and chief guest of the day, Mr. Satheesh V V, SI Chalakudy delivered an awareness session on the theme " Drug Free India". It was followed by an oath taking ceremony in which students and teachers participated wholeheartedly . Next was a mesmerizing performance by NSS Volunteers on the theme " Say no to Drugs". The stage Play enthralled the audiences. The program was coordinated by NSS Volunteers, NSS PO Dr. Vijitha Mukundan, NSS PO Mr. Jose James, Anti Narcotics cell Coordinator Dr. Meenu Jacob.
