Anjal was born in Thrissur District. She has completed her schooling from Nirmal Jyothi Central School and Holy Family CGHSS, Thrissur. She completed her graduation and post graduation in Chemistry from St. Aloysius College, Elthuruth. She has pursued her B.Ed degree from Navajyothi College of Teacher Education, Olarikkara.
