
Adithyan M was born in Thrissur, Kerala. He completed his schooling at Deepthi H.S.S., Thalore and pursued his undergraduate studies in Mathematics at Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur. He obtained his Master’s degree in Statistics from the School of Mathematics and Statistics, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, where he actively participated in various national and international conferences, workshops, and academic programmes in statistics, data science, and machine learning. He also completed his Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Mathematics from CUTEC, Chalakudy.
Adithyan qualified the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) and also secured the CTET and KTET Category II and III qualifications. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics at Sacred Heart College, Chalakudy. His academic interests encompass mathematical statistics and information theory, with a particular focus on Cumulative Residual Extropy (CREX) and its applications in reliability analysis, lifetime distributions, and statistical inference. He is also interested in exploring the role of modern statistical methods in interdisciplinary research and education.

His research interests centre on the application of statistical techniques to real-world problems in education, health sciences, and social sciences, while exploring the potential of data-driven decision-making and emerging analytical methods.
Adithyan has actively participated in several academic programmes, including the International Conference on Analytics – The Future, workshops on Linear Algebra and Applications, Data Science and Data Analytics, Differential Equations and Applications, Data Analytics and Machine Learning for Clinical Research, and the Annual Conference of the Indian Society for Medical Statistics. He has also attended seminars focusing on research opportunities and contemporary developments in statistics and data science.
