Dr. Anjaly Jacob K

Anjaly Jacob K was born in Mattom, a village situated in Thrissur district in Kerala. After her schooling she joined Little Flower College Guruvayoor. She completed B. Sc. Chemistry from Little Flower College, Guruvayoor, with third rank in University of Calicut. Her post graduation was from Calicut University campus. She qualified National Eligibility Test conducted by UGC-CSIR in December 2010, with Junior Research Fellowship awarded by CSIR. She also qualified GATE with all India rank-74 in 2011. She pursued Ph. D from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin. Her research area was Solid Phase Organic Synthesis. She has published her research findings in several international journals and has made presentations at National Conferences. After research she started her professional career as guest lecturer in Morning Star Home Science College -Angamaly. She joined Sacred Heart College, Chalakudy in 2022 as assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry. Her research interests include solid phase organic synthesis and heterogeneous catalysis.
