Anagha was born in Chengaloor, Thrissur district. She completed her schooling from St. Mary’s High School Chengaloor. She completed her graduation in Commerce from Government Arts and Science College, Ollur and post graduation from Panampilly Memorial College, Chalakudy. She qualify ugc net in 2022. She joined the Department of Commerce, Sacred Heart College, Chalakudy as a guest lecturer on 3rd June 2024.
