My research interests broadly encompass Health Psychology, Social Psychology, Gender Studies, and Digital Mental Health. I am particularly interested in understanding the psychological impact of social and technological changes on well-being, identity, and behaviour. I would like my work to explore issues related to gender and body image, mental health in digital environments, psychosocial aspects of health conditions, and the influence of sociocultural factors on psychological functioning.

1. Participated in a Faculty Development Program on “Art of High-Quality Research Publishing” organized by Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies with E&ICT Academy, IIT Guwahatifrom 19th to 23rd May, 2025.
2. Participated in a Faculty Development Program on “Advance Tools and Techniques for Research Methodology” organized by Research Foundation of India in association with Faculty of Commerce, Parul University, Gujarat from 6th to 17^th November, 2025.
3. Participated in a national seminar on “Holistic Psychology: Foundations, Principles and Modern Applications” organized by the Research and Post Graduate Department of Clinical Psychology, Prajyoti Niketan College, Pudukad on 19^th January 2026.
4. Organized  a national conference on “Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Psychology” with Post Graduate Department of Psychology, Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies, Kodakara on 5^th and 6^th February 2026.
