Internal Examination Committee

Objective

The internal examination system ensures a transparent and effective evaluation process to assess the academic performance of students, adhering to the guidelines prescribed by the academic council and university regulations.

Internal Examination Framework

The Internal Examination Committee is constituted annually under the supervision of the Principal. It comprises:
- One Staff Coordinator
- Four Staff Members
The committee is responsible for planning and executing all activities related to the internal examination for both UG and PG programs for the academic year.
The schedule for internal examinations is prepared in advance and published after the Principal’s approval.

Conduct of Examinations

Rules and Regulations:

Students must be seated 5 minutes before the exam starts.
Desks must be cleared of all materials.
Borrowing stationary items is prohibited.
Latecomers are not permitted entry after 30 minutes.
Electronic devices and unauthorized materials are strictly banned.
Communication between students is considered a serious offense.
Students can leave the exam venue only after the stipulated exam time.
