Amala Mary George was born in Ernakulam district. She completed her schooling from Bhavans Varuna Vidyalaya, Thrikkakara and Montfort School, Ashok Vihar, Delhi. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Bharata Mata College, Thrikkakara. She achieved her Master’s degree from St. Albert’s College, Ernakulam. She completed her M.Phil from University College, Thiruvananthapuram. She qualified CSIR-UGC-NET in the year 2016. She joined SH College, Chalakudy as Assistant Professor in 2017.
