Ridhi was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She completed her schooling from Sacred Heart Convent GHSS, Thrissur. She completed her graduation from Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur with second rank from Calicut University. She did her post graduation in St. Thomas College (Autonomous), Thrissur and ranked first in College. She qualified CSIR-UGC NET and GATE in 2024.
