Physical fitness is the capacity of your body's systems to cooperate effectively, enabling you to maintain good health and carry out regular activities. A physically healthy person can do everyday tasks with ease. The students at Sacred Heart College are encouraged to maintain good physical health. Students can use a range of fitness equipment in an open gym for this at their convenience. The community is also given access to these services through the college. The public is welcome to use the gym every evening after college hours.
