Introduction

The HR policy of Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Chalakudy aims to create an environment where women employees and students feel valued, respected, and supported in their personal and professional endeavors. By adhering to these principles, we strive to foster a culture of inclusivity, equality, and empowerment within our women’s college community.

 Objectives 

To ensure a fair and equitable environment for all employees and students and provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals without regard to gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Adequate security measures will be implemented to ensure the safety of all employees and students.
